Horizon Tek was founded by corporate IT professionals who were tired of watching local businesses get treated like ticket numbers by large IT firms. We built the company we wished existed. Small businesses need help so they can focus on their mission without the huge contracts and long wait times.
Our story
Two specialties under one Cleveland roof
What started as a managed services shop in Tremont grew into something we didn't expect: homeowners kept asking us to design the systems in their houses too. After enough late-night calls about a router in a basement that wasn't talking to a thermostat upstairs, we made it a service line.
Today, Horizon Tek runs two practices — Business IT and Smart Home — out of one Cleveland office, with one team, one phone number, and one promise: someone you know will pick up.
